If you've been trying to get a response from an email address, but haven't received one in a while, it's about time to start sending out sample follow up letters. These will be a great way to start communicating with your target audience and encourage them to take the time to reply to your emails.
I get emails all the time asking me about affiliate marketing. Often times people want to know if they should give me a call. Sometimes they even offer me samples of their writing or articles I'd be interested in publishing with them.
One of the greatest things I can do for someone is to tell them that I think they are doing great things. You can do this by telling them what you're doing right now. Then ask them to help you. There are so many ways you can go about building a list and building a relationship with your target audience that I'm sure you'll figure out a way to communicate.
When I send out follow up letters to email addresses that have not responded in a while, I always send out a very short introductory email. This way, if they did receive it, they're already prepped for what's to come. I always send a very simple message that tells them that they're part of my list.
After that I use two or three follow up letters. In each of them, I include a link to my main website. I often send a link to another place I'm promoting on my website as well. I encourage them to join the lists I'm promoting.
The main reason I use these messages is to build the trust between me and my readers. If you're going to build a relationship with your readers, it's vital that you listen to them. They want to be treated like they're important and wanted.
As I send out these sample follow up letters, I also encourage people to send me an email and leave their contact information. This way I can stay in touch with them and keep them informed about new things I'm doing online. That way I can share my success stories with them.
Sometimes, if you haven't gotten any reply to your email address in a while, you might want to consider starting your own list. Just remember to remember that no email address equals no follow up, so keep sending out follow up letters after no response!
Another thing that I do is to leave contact information. I usually leave at least one email address and maybe even more than one. So, when people do get back to me, I know where to direct them to your site.
There are so many different ways that you can grow your list and build a relationship with your readers. Don't be afraid to use several methods at once. That way you can really boost the number of visitors to your site and people to your list. When your list grows, your profits will increase.
A very powerful message to send out is something that can be a real benefit to your readers. I recommend using your personal experiences as a way to get to know your readers.
Be kind and offer them tips and advice that they can use as well. Offer them something of value to help them improve themselves. Let them know that you're there to help. That way you give them the sense that you genuinely care about their needs.
These are some good tips on how to get started with your follow up letters. Use them and you'll be sure to capture more emails than you ever thought possible.
