Also, make sure that you're drinking enough water in your diet plan. I know that this seems like common sense, but it's an essential part of maintaining good health. Water can flush out toxins and help your body digest everything better.

Another important aspect of your diet plan is to have fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Remember, most people get bored when they start eating all of the same foods. If you find that you are becoming bored with your food choices, change them up.

Remember, you don't have to worry too much about losing weight at this point in time. Although it will take time, you'll lose a significant amount of weight within a month.

One thing that is very important is to be realistic about how much you're going to eat. Eat each day.

The best advice that I can give you in your first week on your new diet is to try to eat as much as possible, and stay away from carbs. If you can eat these during the day and then have some fruit and veggies throughout the day, you'll end up being a much healthier person in a relatively short period of time.

And remember that you will lose weight at this point in time. You just have to be patient and continue to follow your diet. Your body will adjust and you will feel a lot better once you reach your goal.
