001 Fearsome Microsoft Word Letterhead Template Picture
Launch Microsoft Word and then go to the ‐File‒ tab. Select the Microsoft Word Document option from the drop down menu.
Click on the ‣New Template‒ button. Scroll through the available template types to locate one which meets your specific requirements for your letterhead. Note that even though you might not find a template that perfectly suits your business needs, you will still be able to edit it in future steps.
Now select the default template from Microsoft Word document which is already available. Next go to the ‣Appearance Tab‒and set the font style as you wish it to be. This will not only make the lettering look more professional but also make it easier to read the text in the font style you are setting. You can adjust the size of the fonts and use a different font color for the letters.
Set the size of the font as per the size of the letterhead design that you have selected. In this case the lettering will be larger than the default font size. This will give a very clean effect to the letterhead when it is finished.
Next select the "Blank Area" option. This will allow you to create a blank space between each paragraph of text in your template. Select the "Thick Line" option if you wish the background of your template have thicker or thinner lines depending on the need. If you want to have the text to be of a lighter color you can select "Neutrals"Lighter Color" option.
In the "Text" section, check the option "Style", which is related to the font style. Select the one that matches with the type of lettering that you are going to print out. The "Style" option is also related to the text alignment, such that if the font style of your template has a left_to_right appearance, the text will also be written with the right_to_left format if it is written in Arabic lettering.
In the "Alignment" tab, select the one which corresponds to the "Center" option of the text. It will allow you to create a space in the center of the text to create a horizontal line or a vertical line to create a horizontal block. If you want to create a horizontal block, then select "Fit to Page" option.
Finally, in the "Page Layout" tab, select the font style that best fits with the letter head. Select "Fit to Page" option. Finally, select the "Size" option in order to get the size of the letterhead, in lettering.
You can add more fonts to your template by using the "Add"New" command. These commands will add or modify the existing fonts in the template. When you use the "Remove"Delete" command, these commands delete the existing fonts from the template.
Word templates can be edited and modified using the "Format"Page Layout" button. By using the "Format" button, you will add or edit the formatting style that is present in the template. In the "Page Layout" button, you can add a background image to your template, insert images, change the background image to change the appearance of the letterhead, and other options.
Finally, when you are done editing or modifying the template, you can save the template as a new one by using the "Save As"Print" button. When the template has been saved, you can print it. Or, you can preview the template on the screen.
The "Get it Done" button is available to help you in the "Get it Done" tab. This will provide you the option to create the new template. When you have created the template, it will then be listed on the "New" option that will appear on the template screen.
You can also use this option to send a copy of your letterhead to your recipient. The email address that you have entered for the recipient can be seen on the template so that you can send an email message to the recipient that includes the template.
