A few years ago I was asked to help prepare a presentation for a client who was going to have an international conference. We had to use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and the presentation had to be online for any attendee to view. I decided to use an MS Excel time card template as a visual aid to visually display the various time periods during which the presentation was being held. I thought this would be an easy way to add dynamic elements to the presentation without the need for repetitive charts and reports.
My presentation was successful in that we were able to capture the date, time and place of the meeting on the web page. Once we had this information, it was easy to simply run a search on any major search engine to pull up a list of all the meeting participants. From this we could determine who would be coming to our meeting and we would simply enter their name into the text box on the Excel table. We then set about scheduling the people who were supposed to show up for the meeting and it was pretty much plug and play.
This same system can be used to generate a presentation on any number of topics. One of the things I enjoy doing is giving presentations on the subject of my articles, coaching programs, and training services. If you are a writer you could set up your own blog on and massage oil and the related topics and then generate your presentation using the excel template I previously mentioned. This same template could be used for generating a report on the properties of essential oils.
Let's say for example you wanted to create a website regarding the properties of essential oils. You would simply select the relevant and seed massage oil, click on "Templates", and choose an MS Excel template from Microsoft. Then you could set the layout and style and create the content you desire. At the bottom of the page you could upload a picture of the hemp oil lamp or anything else that helps to interest your audience. Now when people visit this website they can explore the content and see how the oil changes your body.
Another aspect of using this product for web content is that you can include charts and graphs of your data. This means you can use this as a teaching tool for students of all ages. How cool would it be to have an interactive chart showing the effects of the hemp oil over time? Another great feature I have found is that once you copy and paste your data it is saved in the Excel file permanently, there is no worry about losing the data. Just remember to close all other applications before trying to open the MS Excel document.
Of course now you will want to use the template for printing and sending off the time cards to the clients. This can easily be done too, using the same template. Once you have saved your file it can be printed in full color if so desired and even including the address on the front. The printers can easily print these documents too.
What is even better is that with this template you can tailor the text according to your customer's needs. You can even put in testimonials from previous clients to show proof of the benefits of the product and what it has done for their lives. All in all this template makes it so much easier to create and distribute the hemp oil newsletters and prospect lists. Why not make them electronic in the first place.
You can download a fully ready to print and distribute an excel time card. All you need to do is enter the text, any graphics that you like and any other information that will be beneficial to the recipient. It can be printed in full color if so desired, with an appropriate cover and all sent off in one simple step. There really is no reason not to use this resource to increase sales and productivity within your organization.
