What is a preschool lesson plan template? Well, it is a map that you can put into place that will help you develop the best curriculum, work habits, and behavior with your child, all at the earliest age possible.
It's a whole load of work. It includes time for planning the curriculum, establishing milestones and the plan for when to introduce each topic. It's time consuming, and a little boring but it's worth it.
Something needs to be taken off the table and the discussion of things children enjoy and don't enjoy is one of them. You know what they say, "You get out what you put in."
If your child can't say they like something or don't like something then the odds are they won't develop word learning. They may enjoy a certain food or toy but if they can't express it in language than the chances are they won't enjoy that toy or food.
The best thing to do is to find a resource or hobby that they love. Try to break it down to the simplest forms they can understand. You'll find that by doing this that they will be more receptive to your suggestions.
By having them do something in their own house such as clean up the kitchen they will learn how to organize themselves in the kitchen. They may not think they do but at least now you're helping them out in the cleaning chores which is very important for good word learning.
A child who loves baking may learn the new favorite recipe from your mouth and can take pleasure in making it. They may even be happy to see you cook it for them. This will create a bond of love that will give them better vocabulary and valuable life skills. Using the internet is a great way to find other resources. Learn about the foods and hobbies that you think your child will enjoy. Find them on the internet and schedule some time to spend together reading the resource materials.
You may want to take them to a friend's house to make cookies or let them help bake a cake. You'll find that they learn from both actions and love being a part of the activity.
Be sure and watch them as they are spending time with you and your son or daughter at school day. Watch them ask you questions and start to notice things that are happening. You want to be sure they have many opportunities to ask questions and ask them the right way.
Also notice the way you are talking to them and the way they behave around you. You want to be sure that you are both interacting and the child is expressing their feelings and needs.
You're not going to make every word learning with your child because it takes time. With lots of patience and understanding of each other you will find that you develop great communication skills which will transfer to the classroom.
