What this means is that if you do not want any items mentioned above listed first, then you may want to put them in at the bottom of the page. The rest of the pages should focus on the product and the fee that are required.

You should make sure that you have every word on the template. The last thing you want is to have to edit a document that does not include everything. You should also make sure that you double check your numbers.

Since the very first thing that is required are a product and a price for that product, I don't see why you wouldn't have those items listed first. And since each subsequent item should be based on the product price, I don't see why you can't have it listed first.
