Shipping label templates have been around for many years, but they have been updated and made even more user_friendly through the use of Word. Microsoft Word is the most popular application to create these templates because it allows a great many functions. From creating drop down menus to formatting information, you can quickly customize your shipping label template and have it printed in a matter of minutes.
In order to customize your shipping label, you must first go into the "Forms" section of the main page. Under "Templates," click "New." On the following page, you will see a list of different templates that you can choose from. Click on the one for which you want the information changed.
This is the basic shipping label template that you start with. It includes the name of the recipient as well as their address. If you are sending a gift to a friend, you can include their name and address. In the "From," section, you enter the mailing address where your friend will receive the gift. Under "cknowledgments," enter appropriate information such as names or dates.
The next part of the template is where you enter your information. You will be using this box to enter information like the items you wish to purchase. For example, if you are purchasing 5 gallons of milk, you would type that information in the "Quantity" box. If you are looking for something else, you can insert keywords in the "amphoragories" box. Keywords are words that are associated with your product and are what someone will type in when they are shopping for it.
At this point, you would also type in the date you want the package to arrive. Be sure to include the day, month, and year, if you know it. The box also has a "From" line that will tell you the recipient's name and where they should have it sent. If you are not sure, click on "Enclosures," where you will see a list of all available enclosures.
The next part of your box will have all of your items in it. The first item in your box will be the product name, which is followed by a colon. The product description will be contained after the colon, with a description of the product. This may include product features, price, and any other special information about the item. The next item in your box will be the shipping address, which will again be followed by a colon. The last thing in your box is the customer information, which consists of the name of the customer, their email address and their telephone number.
Once you have all of these items in your box, it is time to go shopping. To do this, go to eBay or Amazon and search for the item you want. Once you find the item you would like to buy, browse their selections until you find the one you want. You can then click on the link to the right of the listing to display their shipping calculator, which will give you an estimate of how much it will cost to ship your item. Once you have chosen the shipping option that best meets your budget, fill out your order form. On the bottom of the order form, click "Submit" and your order will be processed.
Your shipping label template is now complete. All you need to do is print it off and take it to the post office to be encoded. That's all there is to creating an eBay seller box for your eBay listings. Good luck and have fun.
